Verspreiding en implementatie impuls Infectieziektebestrijding 2025-2030 is a long-horizon rolling grant strand under ZonMw's Infectieziektebestrijding 2025-2030 programme, administered by ZonMw — the Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development — on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. The strand funds dissemination and implementation activities that translate research results from within the Infectieziektebestrijding 2025-2030 programme into routine infectious disease prevention and control practice in the Netherlands. It is the third of three concurrent call types within the programme, alongside the Onderzoeksimpuls and Pilots strands.

The call opened on 16 February 2026 and accepts applications on a rolling basis until 31 December 2028 at 14:00 Netherlands time — a nearly three-year continuous submission window. This makes it structurally different from the fixed-deadline Onderzoeksimpuls and Pilots strands: applicants are not competing in a single round but may apply at any point as relevant results emerge from the programme. Eligible applicants include Dutch universities, university medical centres, non-profit research organisations, and societal partner organisations. For-profit organisations and individual researchers are not eligible as main applicants.

Specific award amounts per project are not published on the programme index and must be obtained from the individual call page on Mijn ZonMw; applications are submitted in Dutch through that portal. The implementation focus means proposals must demonstrate a clear pathway from existing research evidence to adoption in practice — applicants should be prepared to show that the research results they are disseminating have already been generated within the Infectieziektebestrijding 2025-2030 programme and that their implementation plan addresses a defined gap in current infectious disease control delivery.

Dissemination and implementation of research results from the Infectieziektebestrijding 2025-2030 programme into infectious disease control practice in the Netherlands.
