Preclinical or clinical drug discovery and therapeutic development for hearing restoration after military-relevant auditory system injury, at Funding Level 1 or Level 2, aligned with at least one FY26 HRRP Focus Area. Tinnitus research, vestibular research and clinical trials are all excluded.
