Multisite feasibility clinical trials of complementary and integrative health approaches with physical or psychological therapeutic inputs, in areas of high research priority, testing cross-site delivery fidelity, recruitment, accrual, randomisation, adherence, retention, refinement of protocolised multimodal interventions and cross-site data collection, in preparation for a described future efficacy, effectiveness, pragmatic or implementation trial.
