Practice-relevant research on optimising, delivering, sustaining and improving the effectiveness of empirically supported mental health practices for older adults with serious mental illness across primary care, geriatric clinics, assisted living, long-term care and community settings, including mutable factors affecting access and quality, new treatment and service interventions, and systems-level policy, care-transition and coordination approaches.
