SEAI SSRH Heat Pump Grant

Funds Irish commercial heat pump and geothermal heating installations.

OpenSEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland)IrelandDeep-tech · adjacent

The SEAI SSRH Heat Pump Grant supports businesses and other non-domestic heat users switching from fossil fuels to commercial heat pumps. SEAI offers an installation grant of up to 40% for air source, ground source, and water source heat pumps and mechanical vapour recompression systems. It also offers 35% for geothermal heating systems and an additional 30% grant for related energy-efficient measures such as heat recovery, ventilation, and building fabric.

Applicants must show fossil-fuel conversion, eligible heat use, eco-design compliance, compliant heating-system design, qualified designers, and tax clearance. The page links to the PEP portal and to grant-scheme operating rules and guidance.

Because SEAI states support as percentages rather than a universal euro cap, structured awardMin and awardMax are left blank.
