PME Supply Chain is a structured technical assistance programme administered jointly by Maroc PME (Agence Nationale pour la Promotion de la PME) and the Agence Marocaine de Developpement de la Logistique (AMDL) under Morocco's National Logistics Strategy and the orientations of the Nouveau Modele de Developpement. The programme targets Moroccan SMEs operating in the transport and logistics sector and aims to help them integrate global supply chains by raising the performance level of their logistics operations. It is one of the sector-specific programmes offered outside the core PACTE TPME portfolio, co-overseen with the Ministry of Transport and Logistics. Applications are submitted on a rolling basis via the dedicated portal at jisr.marocpme.gov.ma. The programme delivers four streams of integrated technical support: digital transformation to modernise and optimise operations; management system enhancement to raise the standard of logistics practices and management frameworks; human resource development to strengthen workforce competencies; and ecological and energy transition support to help logistics chains decarbonise. A second track within the programme provides support specifically to professional sector associations and supply-chain federations rather than individual SMEs. Applicants must be companies whose primary activity is in transport or logistics; no revenue ceiling equivalent to the PACTE TPME 200 MDH cap is stated for this programme, distinguishing it from the broader TPME instruments. Financial co-financing terms are not publicly disclosed on the programme page. Strong applications will document a clear current-state logistics gap in one of the four supported dimensions and demonstrate operational capacity to implement changes during the support period.
