Investigator-initiated phase I clinical trials of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for heart, lung, blood and sleep disorders in adults and children, single-site or multisite, with regulatory approvals, drug and placebo supplies and third-party agreements established by the time of award and the trial starting within the first quarter. A clinical trial is required.
