Funds industrial and service-sector energy-efficiency upgrades in Spain through investments in modern equipment and systems.

The Industrial Efficiency 2025 program is one of the largest single energy efficiency initiatives ever launched by IDAE (Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía), with a EUR 500 million pool announced in July 2025. The program targets energy efficiency improvements across Spain's industrial and services sectors, covering both SMEs and large enterprises. It is funded through Spain's national energy transition framework and operates as a rolling grant mechanism for eligible facilities in these sectors.

Eligible applicants include for-profit companies and non-profit organizations registered and operating in Spain that operate industrial or services-sector facilities; universities and research organizations are excluded from this particular instrument. The program covers both manufacturing industry and service-sector operations, making it relevant to a wide range of Spanish companies undertaking energy efficiency capital investments.
