This is for Dutch-established legal entities (alone or in a consortium) planning to install shore power at a terminal in a Dutch sea port, whether the terminal has formal AFIR status, contributes to a port's AFIR obligation, or is simply aimed at cutting ship CO2 emissions. On-site renewable electricity generation, like solar or wind to power the installation, can be included in the same application.
