Gospodarka o obiegu zamkniętym w MŚP, Etap II (FEPW 01.03) is administered by PARP under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 programme and funds the implementation phase of an approved circular economy transformation business model. The 2026 call was announced on 13 May 2026, opens for applications on 9 June 2026, and closes 29 July 2026. The programme funds micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in the Eastern Poland macroregion: Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Podlaskie, Świętokrzyskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, and designated parts of Mazowieckie.

Eligible applicants must have completed Stage I by developing and receiving approval for a GOZ-Transformation business model — without that prerequisite, Stage II is inaccessible. Maximum eligible project costs are PLN 5,000,000, with PARP financing up to 85% of eligible costs, yielding a maximum award of PLN 3,500,000. Applicants must contribute at least 15% of project costs from their own resources. Eligible expenditures include consulting services for model implementation, acquisition of fixed assets excluding real estate, software and intellectual property rights, construction materials and labor, training services, and circular-economy promotional activities.

To win this grant, applicants need a Stage I-approved GOZ-Transformation plan that maps directly to the Stage II implementation budget. Since the application window is just seven weeks (9 June to 29 July 2026), strong preparation in advance is critical: project cost estimates, supplier quotes, and match financing should be lined up before the call opens. The 85% co-financing rate is among the highest available under FEPW, making this one of the most capital-efficient instruments for Eastern Poland SMEs executing circular economy transitions.

Up to PLN 3,500,000 at 85% intensity for Eastern Poland SMEs implementing an approved circular economy transformation business model developed in Stage I, covering consulting, assets, software, IP, construction, and training costs.
