Platformy startowe dla nowych pomysłów (FEPW 01.01) is a programme administered by Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości (PARP) under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 framework. It converts innovative ideas into funded companies by funding an individualized incubation journey for individuals or teams who commit to establishing a limited liability company in Eastern Poland. The programme co-finances development through accredited startup platform operators that provide expert collaboration, business mentoring, and structured incubation services. Applications opened 18 March 2024 and the programme accepts rolling submissions until the final deadline of 10 May 2027.

Applicants must be natural persons — individuals or small teams — not existing companies. The business idea must be at minimum nationally innovative and the participant must commit to incorporating a sp. z o.o. or S.A. in one of the eligible Eastern Poland regions: Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Podlaskie, Świętokrzyskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, or designated sub-areas of Mazowieckie. Participants who successfully complete the full incubation programme receive up to 600,000 PLN in non-repayable financing, disbursed as de minimis or SME aid and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The competitive advantage of this programme lies in its structured support pathway: applicants gain structured incubation — not just capital — through operators with proven track records before the cash award is made. To maximise success, applicants should ensure their idea demonstrably meets the national-innovation threshold and select a platform operator that matches their sector. Because incubation completion is the prerequisite for the cash award, strong engagement with the assigned operator and meeting intermediate milestones is essential to securing the full PLN 600,000 grant.

Incubation grants of up to PLN 600,000 for individuals and teams with nationally innovative business ideas willing to establish a company in Eastern Poland through accredited startup platform operators.
