Granty na Eurogranty – Nabór IV is a PARP-administered grant under FENG Action 02.12 that reimburses Polish SMEs and research organisations for the costs of preparing applications to major EU-level funding programmes. Target programmes include Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), Creative Europe, and LIFE. Eligible activities cover the full bid-preparation lifecycle: partner searches in Poland and abroad, drafting and translating the EU application, amending proposals, and presenting before evaluation committees at hearings. The fourth call (Nabór IV) opened 3 April 2026 and closes 18 June 2026.
Eligibility extends to micro, small, and medium enterprises operating in Poland and to research organisations that conduct and publicly disseminate research. The applicant's intended role in the EU programme must be independent applicant, consortium coordinator, work-package leader, or consortium member — passive subcontractors are not eligible. The grant funds the bid costs themselves, not the underlying EU project. Per-call budget allocation and per-project award caps were not published in the source documentation; applicants should check the current PARP call sheet for individual limits.
Practically, Granty na Eurogranty is designed to lower the barrier to entering competitive EU calls by offsetting the professional preparation costs that frequently deter smaller Polish organisations. A fifth call (Nabór V) runs sequentially from 19 June to 3 September 2026 for organisations that miss the June 18 deadline. PARP administers the programme under FENG with EU co-financing disbursed in PLN. Applications are submitted via the LSI portal at lsi.parp.gov.pl; early preparation is advisable given the documentation and translation requirements.
Reimbursement of bid-preparation costs — partner search, documentation, translation, and hearings — for Polish SMEs and research organisations applying to Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, CEF, Creative Europe, or LIFE programmes.
