The call backs newly founded Slovenian MSMEs led by entrepreneurs under 29 or by women of any age, aiming to help them overcome early financing barriers and build basic entrepreneurial and market skills. It contributes to the EU's 2021-2027 Cohesion Policy goal of strengthening sustainable growth, competitiveness, and job creation in SMEs, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
