JPMŽ 2025–2029 (Javni poziv za zagotavljanje podpore mladim podjetnikom začetnikom in podjetnicam začetnicam) is a non-repayable grant programme administered by SPIRIT Slovenija under the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport. The programme supports two groups of first-time founders: young entrepreneurs aged 29 or under, regardless of gender, and women entrepreneurs of any age starting their first business. Its stated purpose is to increase the survival rates of new businesses by giving early-stage founders access to financing that helps overcome the financial barriers typical in the initial period of operation.

The programme has been accepting applications on a continuous, first-come first-served basis since its publication on 1 October 2025, with no fixed intake windows. Applications are evaluated for eligibility and processed in order of submission; once eligibility is confirmed, earlier-submitted applications take priority over later ones. The hard final deadline for all submissions is 30 November 2028, or earlier if available funds are exhausted. Funding is drawn from cohesion and national budget sources. Per-applicant award caps and the total programme envelope are specified in the official tender documentation (razpisna dokumentacija).

The programme is exclusively available to natural persons or newly registered legal entities based in Slovenia that meet the young-entrepreneur or women-entrepreneur definition. Applicants with a business that is already more than nominally established are unlikely to meet the first-time-founder condition. Interested parties should contact SPIRIT Slovenija through its official portal at spiritslovenia.si and prepare their application documentation before submitting, given the first-come, first-served selection mechanism.

Start-up financing for first-time young entrepreneurs (≤29 years) and women entrepreneurs (any age) establishing new businesses in Slovenia.
