Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy (MIMIT) is Italy's national ministry for enterprise and industrial policy. It replaced MISE in October 2022 and now anchors the country's grant, soft-loan, voucher, and tax-credit support for business investment, R&D, innovation, technology transfer, and startups. The ministry's public incentives portal groups measures across research and innovation, creation and growth, access to credit and tax incentives, and investment support.

Its main routes include Accordi per l'Innovazione, Contratti di Sviluppo, Smart & Start Italia, Voucher per consulenza in innovazione, Voucher 3I, Piano Transizione 5.0, Green New Deal, the R&D innovation tax credit, STEP, Investimenti Sostenibili 4.0, FNTE, and the Brevetti+/Marchi+/Disegni+ family. Support spans manufacturing, AI infrastructure, IoT and edge systems, materials, robotics, semiconductors, biotech, climate, energy, medtech, built environment, hardware, and related industrial domains. Many of the largest measures are administered by Invitalia or Mediocredito Centrale.

The ministry is most relevant to companies that need state-backed capital for industrial research, startup formation, scaling, or investment in equipment and process change. Several measures are national, while others are narrower, including routes reserved for southern regions under cohesion-policy rules or the startup-female envelope inside Smart & Start Italia. The record reads as a central government channel for business support rather than a single competitive programme.
