BELCOO (Belgian Cooperation) is a joint initiative of Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen (VLAIO, Flanders), SPW Recherche (Wallonia), and Innoviris (Brussels), aimed at Belgian enterprises wishing to develop a joint R&D project with companies from other Belgian regions.
