This topic wants late-stage (Phase IIb onward) clinical research generating efficacy, safety and clinical-utility evidence for products that treat co-infections or co-morbidities affecting people with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa, alongside safer polypharmacy management and better integration of HIV and related healthcare services. Tuberculosis co-infection is out of scope here (covered by a separate call), and prevention or treatment of HIV infection itself is not in scope — only the co-infections, co-morbidities and their clinical management are.
