This topic wants early- or late-stage clinical trials of prophylactic vaccines against a named list of 16 neglected tropical diseases in sub-Saharan Africa, from Buruli ulcer and dengue to schistosomiasis, leprosy and trachoma; Chagas disease, scabies and snakebite envenoming are explicitly out of scope, as is implementation research. It wants data generated across the general population and, where relevant, pregnant women, newborns, children and people with co-infections, with a clear regulatory and access strategy.
