RVO pays back part of the purchase price: 25% for an electric machine, 35% for a tractor between 29 and 74 kW, and 55% for a tractor above 74 kW, calculated on the price excluding VAT but including factory-fitted options and delivery costs. SEL is for Dutch agricultural SMEs and agricultural contractors buying new, fully electric farm machinery or tractors that cut diesel use and emissions. Machines need at least 1.5 kW continuous electric power; tractors are grouped by power band, and a DC charging station can be added to a tractor application.
