Pays Dutch landlords up to EUR 15,000 per home for insulation, heat pumps or maintenance.

SVOH is for private, business and institutional landlords of existing Dutch rental homes (registered in the BAG address database) who want to insulate, add efficient ventilation, install a heat pump or solar water heater, or carry out related maintenance. Housing corporations and mixed-ownership buildings with individual owners are excluded — they have separate schemes.
