Funds Polish SMEs' R&D and innovation projects with grants from PLN 3 million to PLN 50 million.

PARP runs the scheme without intermediaries, funded through Poland's FENG programme, and pays out through periodic calls managed on its own LSI online system. Eligible costs include project staff, subcontracted external services, depreciation of equipment, property and buildings, intangible assets, supplies, other operating services and indirect costs, and co-financing runs from fifteen to eighty

PARP backs existing Polish SMEs operating in sectors of their region's smart specialization that are running R&D, implementing innovation results, expanding research infrastructure, digitalizing or greening operations, growing internationally, or building staff skills. Every project must include at least the R&D module or the innovation-implementation module; the other five modules are optional.
