This runs as a Coordination and Support Action funded by lump sum, listed alongside a sibling CSA topic (DIGIT-02) under the same call. This call wants proposals that build or strengthen training and twinning networks so sub-Saharan African ethics committees, regulatory authorities and pharmacovigilance systems reach WHO Maturity Level 3, pairing them with mentor agencies already at that level. Proposals must also address at least one of: digital tools for reviewing clinical trial protocols or marketing authorisation files, or digital reporting and data-sharing for adverse-event monitoring.
