Power Export
Connects Moroccan exporters through Power Export to receive personalized trade guidance and expansion support for international markets.
Power Export (branded One Shop Store Export) is a personalised export advisory programme launched under the Pacte pour un Commerce Exterieur au service de la Croissance et de l'Emploi 2025-2027, co-administered by Maroc PME and the Secretariat d'Etat charge du Commerce Exterieur. The programme targets Moroccan companies that are already exporting or that have high demonstrated export potential, and its stated national objective is to generate a new generation of exporters and embed Moroccan companies more deeply in global value chains, creating qualified employment and stimulating economic growth. Applications are submitted on a rolling basis throughout the 2025-2027 programme period via the dedicated portal at jisr.marocpme.gov.ma. Two service tracks are available to eligible companies: first, an Export Flash Diagnostic paired with a customised Export Action Plan that maps a company's export readiness and defines priority international markets; second, individualised export coaching that provides hands-on, company-specific guidance to execute the plan and access foreign market opportunities. The programme is sector-agnostic — no specific industry restriction applies. No revenue ceiling is published for Power Export and co-financing rates are not stated in available programme materials. The rolling window is expected to remain open through at least 2027 in alignment with the Pacte Commerce Exterieur cycle. Applications use the dedicated export portal at jisr.marocpme.gov.ma/jira/plugins/servlet/desk/site/exp, separate from both the PACTE TPME candidatures portal and the PME Supply Chain portal. Strong applications demonstrate either an existing export track record or documented demand signals from foreign buyers and a defined international growth strategy.
