This is for shipowners registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce who own (or, for a newbuild, have commissioned) a transport or service vessel linked to a Dutch port. It funds buying and installing a battery pack that lets a ship cut engines while entering or leaving port, plus the shore charging infrastructure that goes with it.
