Granty na Eurogranty – Nabór V is the second 2026 call in PARP's bid-preparation reimbursement programme under FENG Action 02.12. It runs 19 June 2026 through 3 September 2026, opening the day after Nabór IV closes on 18 June 2026. The programme reimburses Polish SMEs and research organisations for costs incurred while preparing competitive applications to EU-level funding schemes, including Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, the Connecting Europe Facility, Creative Europe, and LIFE. Eligible costs span partner searches in Poland and abroad, application drafting, documentation translation, proposal amendments, and appearances before evaluation committees.

Eligibility requirements for Nabór V are identical to Nabór IV: applicants must be micro, small, or medium enterprises operating in Poland, or research organisations that conduct and publicly disseminate research and are registered in Poland. The applicant must intend to serve as independent applicant, consortium coordinator, work-package leader, or consortium member in the target EU programme — passive subcontract roles do not qualify. Per-project award caps and the total call budget were not disclosed in available source documents; applicants should consult the PARP call documentation for current limits.

Nabór V provides a critical second window for organisations that could not finalise their applications in time for the June 18 Nabór IV deadline, or whose target EU call timeline aligns better with a September submission. The two calls together provide continuous PARP reimbursement coverage from April through early September 2026. PARP administers the programme under FENG with all disbursements in PLN. Applications are submitted via the LSI portal at lsi.parp.gov.pl. PARP's support line is 801 332 202 (Mon–Fri 8:30–16:30).

Reimbursement of bid-preparation costs — partner search, documentation, translation, and hearings — for Polish SMEs and research organisations applying to Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, CEF, Creative Europe, or LIFE programmes.
